1. Open the ball and paint the inside of each ball half with red paint. Paint a second coat once dry and let it dry completely. 2. Turn each half over so that the flat part is on your table. Use the dimentional paint to create shapes such as swirls, stars or other designs on the outside of the ball. While the paint is still wet, shake glitter onto the dimensional paint and cover it good. Tap the inside of each half with your finger to knock of excess glitter.When using the glitter, have a piece of cardboard or paper underneath so that you may capture the excess glitter and place back into the glitter container. 3. Let the paint dry overnight. 4. Snap the 2 ball halves together and use the ribbon to hang.
