1. If you are using a cutting board, you will first need to basecoat it white. 2. Take your paper napkin and cut the design out larger than the shingle itself. Follow the instructions of your paper napkin application glue and apply the napkin to the shingle. If the napkin is too short, you can compensate by applying it about 1/2 inch from the bottom. Snow paint will cover the empty space anyway. 3. Once the glue is dry, add snow paste to any area needing a touch of snow. Add iridescent glitter to the still wet paste and shake off any excess glitter. 4. Let the project completely dry. 5. Drill 2 holes centered in the top of the board and insert the ribbon and make a bow. (You can also choose to hang this decoration as well.)

This is a lovely decoration for the holidays that can even be left out when Christmas is over. The paper napkin design reminds of an old fashioned Christmas and spreads lots of cheer! Snow paste really adds a touch of winter to the decoration when all other steps are completed.
