Isn’t it lovely what you can do with a bit of wool and a snowflake cookie cutter. This project is really fun and you will definately want to make more than one to decorate your tree.
Time required: about 30 minutes
Difficulty Level: Easy
Material List for this Snowflake:
- white wool - iridescent sequins - clear beads - snowflake cookie cutter - white thread
Instructions:
1. Follow the instructions using this Needle Felting Using a Template Tutorial on Craftideas.info to create the snowflake. 2. After your snowflake is needle felted, sew on sequins randomly to the front of the snowflake. Use the beads to secure the sequins. To do this, you will come up with your needle and thread from underneath the sequin through the hole. Add a bead to the needle and then insert the needle back into the hole of the sequin (not the hole of the bead again). Pull through underneath the sequin. Continue doing this until your snowflake is finished.
