Stamped Snowman Christmas Card Get out those Christmas stamps, watercolor pencils and embossing folders and create cute and original cards for the holidays.     Time required for a set of 6 cards: about 45 minutes once you have your supplies gathered Difficulty Level: Easy Material list for this card: - white folded card - white and light blue sturdy cardstock - holiday stamps with your choice of a snowman, an outdoor   Christmas tree and a sentiment - clear embossing powder - heating tool - water color pencils in the colors of blue, green, orange and red - a water brush or a paint brush and glass of water - embossing machine of choice - embossing folders with snowflakes and dots - die cutting and Embossing machine of choice - stick glue - 3-D foam tape Instructions: 1. First emboss snowflakes on blue cardstock and cut it so that it covers about half of your card and glue it onto the card cover. 2. Then cut a rectangle out of white cardstock that is the same width of your card and that covers about 3/4 of the height. Emboss dots on white cardstock and cut a “hill” on the top of the rectangle. Adhere it onto the card to also cover some of the blue. Now your card has a landscape. 3. Stamp two trees, a snowman and a sentiment onto white cardstock. Use the color pencils and color small areas of the tree lightly with blue. Use the water brush or paint brush with water to blend and soften the color. Now color the snowman as you like and also use the water brush to blend in the colors. Stick the two trees onto the card using stick glue. Adhere the snowman using 3-D foam tape to give him a bit of dimension. 4. Cut the stamped sentiment out into a rectangle shape. Adhere it onto blue cardstock and cut out with a 5 mm border on all sides.
