Time required: about 3-4 hours due to drying time of paint
Difficulty Level: Easy to moderate

Material List:

- Paper mache plaque
- white acrylic paint
- paper napkin with design of choice
- paper napkin applique glue
- clear dimensional paint
- iridescent glitter
- soft and flat paint brush

Instructions:

1. Paint the paper mache plaque white and let it thoroughly dry.
2. Choose your napkin and remove all but the top layer. Brush some paper napkin applique glue onto the center of the plaque and carefully press the napkin onto the glue where you want it to be. Starting at the center, carefully brush paper napkin applique glue over the napkin, covering it completely and smoothing out wrinkles as you go. Work from the center towards the edges. Let the project dry.
3. Cut any excess napkin hanging over the edge.
4. Use clear dimensional paint and outline different images of your paper napkin. Sprinkle iridescent glitter over the wet paint. Tap off the excess glitter and return to the container. Let the decoration completely dry.
